Booking POLICIES:

To book your wedding date, I require a $300 non refundable retainer fee. Final payment for weddings is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. To book a session, I require payment in full for the session on the day of and sometimes before depending on the session. I prefer check for deposits/session fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your wedding date, you will be refunded in full except the retainer fee. Any session can be cancelled for inclement weather or illness on my end. I do my best to try to make everything work out, but if it's cloudy or rainy and you wanted sunny or bright photos, I try to make a reschedule work out. Keep in mind my busy season is June & September-November, so it is more difficult to find reschedule dates in those times.

Files & Prints:

If your session or wedding comes with the files, you are welcome to share them, post them, print them, or whatever else you want to do with them. You do not need to credit me. They are yours to keep. I still hold the copyright (which means you can't enter them in contests and say they are your own). If you order just the files, you are not permitted to scan these in, screenshot them off my website and share them, copy them etc.

print release:

I don't make my clients sign a print release. If you do not want your photos shared on social media or my website please let me know in advance. I'm very careful with what I share and won't share anything that might not be appropriate for all audiences.
